1. Service Type & Digital Delivery Nature
FontifyPro.com is a cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform specializing in website font customization, font management, and font embedding solutions, mainly optimized for Shopify stores and other e-commerce websites. All services provided by fontifyPro.com are fully digital and intangible. No physical goods, tangible products, or physical shipments will be delivered to users under any subscription or one-time service plan.
Our digital deliverables include but are not limited to platform access authorization, custom font embedding codes, font file management functions, Google Fonts resource libraries, user dashboards, and technical configuration tools.
2. Delivery Activation & Timeline

Instant Activation: Upon successful completion of payment confirmation, our system will automatically activate your purchased subscription plan or digital service within 1 to 5 minutes.

Account Access: You will gain immediate access to premium dashboard functions, font tools, and authorized font resources after activation.

Delivery Notification: A confirmation email containing service activation details, usage guidelines, and platform access reminders will be sent to your registered email address automatically once the transaction is completed.

Manual Processing Delay: In rare cases involving payment verification, anti-fraud review, or third-party payment gateway delays, service activation may be postponed for up to 24 business hours.
3. Delivery Method & Access Channel
All digital services and assets are delivered electronically through the following secure channels:

4. Digital Asset Usage & Licensing Delivery
For all font resources provided or uploaded through our platform, including Google Fonts and custom user-uploaded fonts, we deliver only usage authorization and technical embedding services. No permanent ownership transfer of any font intellectual property is included in your purchase. You must comply with the corresponding open-source license of Google Fonts and the copyright regulations of custom commercial fonts.
Thread & Tide Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to revoke unauthorized digital asset access if users violate font licensing agreements or platform usage terms.
5. Failed Delivery & Troubleshooting
If you fail to receive activation emails, cannot log in to access purchased functions, or encounter abnormal digital service delivery after successful payment, please check your spam mailbox first and verify the accuracy of your registered email address. You may contact our customer support team for troubleshooting within 48 hours of payment.
Common causes of delivery failure include payment gateway exceptions, network access restrictions, email interception settings, and incomplete account information. We will provide technical support and complete redelivery services free of charge for confirmed system failures on our side.
6. Refund Rules for Digital Services
In accordance with international digital consumption regulations and our Terms of Service, all activated digital services are non-refundable. Since our products are intangible digital assets that can be used instantly after purchase, users waive the right of unconditional withdrawal and cooling-off period refunds once the service is activated.
Refund applications will only be accepted within 7 calendar days of purchase if our platform has persistent technical failures that completely prevent you from using the purchased digital functions, and no effective technical solutions are provided within 48 hours after you submit a support ticket.
7. Service Maintenance & Continuous Delivery
Thread & Tide Pte. Ltd. provides continuous cloud operation, routine system maintenance, and iterative function updates for all valid subscription users. During the subscription period, you will automatically obtain updated font resources, optimized embedding tools, and platform function upgrades without additional delivery fees. Temporary service suspension caused by routine maintenance will not be deemed as delivery failure.
