FontifyPro provides font customization tools, including access to Google Fonts, custom font uploads, and related design features for websites. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an Account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password).
Be solely responsible for all activities conducted under your Account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/annual) unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method (credit card, PayPal) for renewal fees.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your Account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of initial Subscription purchase. After 7 days, refunds are only considered for substantial service issues causing data loss or significant disruption, at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All Content on the Site/Service, including fonts, software, trademarks, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Thread & Tide Pte. Ltd. or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our Content without our prior written consent.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of all fonts, images, or other content you upload to the Service (“User Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you and comply with legal obligations.

5.3 Font Licensing

Google Fonts: Subject to the [Google Fonts Open Source License](https://fonts.google.com/license).
Custom Fonts: You represent and warrant that you own or have proper licensing rights for any custom fonts you upload. We are not liable for unauthorized font use by you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or infringing activities.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content.
Reverse-engineer, modify, or hack the Service or bypass security measures.
Use the Service to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Share your Account with unauthorized users or resell Service access.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THREAD & TIDE PTE. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms (e.g., unauthorized use, infringement). You may also terminate your Account at any time. Upon termination:
