1. VisiSub Free License (Personal, Non-Commercial Use)

• Usage Rights: You may use VisiSub Free for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use it for any commercial activity, including but not limited to charging for subtitle extraction services, using it in a business environment, or integrating it into commercial products.
• Modification & Distribution: You may modify the source code of VisiSub Free (when available) and distribute modified versions, provided that you comply with the GPLv2 terms, including making the modified source code available to others and retaining the original license terms.
• No Warranty: VisiSub Free is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of VisiSub Free.
• Support: VisiSub Free is supported only through community forums—we do not provide dedicated technical support for free users.

2. VisiSub Pro License (Personal & Commercial Use)

• Usage Rights: You may use VisiSub Pro for both personal and commercial purposes. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, using the software in a business environment, providing subtitle extraction services to clients, integrating it into commercial projects, and using it to create content for commercial distribution.
• License Duration:
  • Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: The license is valid for the duration of the subscription period (1 month or 1 year, respectively). After the subscription expires, you will no longer have access to VisiSub Pro features unless you renew your subscription.
  • Lifetime License: The license is valid for the lifetime of the user, with free updates for 3 years from the date of purchase. After 3 years, you may continue to use the last version of VisiSub Pro you downloaded, but you will not receive further updates or support unless you purchase an update plan.
  • Pay-As-You-Go: The license is valid for the purchased processing hours, which never expire.
• Restrictions:
  • You may not share your VisiSub Pro license with others (e.g., friends, colleagues, family members) or use it on more devices than allowed (1 device per license).
  • You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble VisiSub Pro, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • You may not distribute VisiSub Pro or any of its features to third parties, including but not limited to sharing the software installation file, license key, or extracted subtitles for commercial gain without our explicit consent.
• Warranty: We warrant that VisiSub Pro will function substantially as described in the product documentation for the duration of the license period. If the software fails to function as described, we will either repair it, replace it, or issue a refund (in accordance with our Refund Policy).
• Support: VisiSub Pro users receive dedicated email support (24-hour response) for the duration of their license period.
