Refund Policy
At VisiSub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and lifetime licenses for VisiSub Pro. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all VisiSub Pro purchases (monthly subscription, annual subscription, lifetime license, and pay-as-you-go processing hours). To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, and you must not have used more than 10% of the purchased service (e.g., less than 1 hour of pay-as-you-go processing time, or less than 3 days of a monthly subscription).
Refunds are not available in the following cases:

Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period.

Usage of more than 10% of the purchased service (e.g., using 20 hours of a 100-hour pay-as-you-go plan, or using 10 days of a monthly subscription).

Purchases made through third-party platforms (refunds must be requested directly from the third party).

Refunds for partial subscription periods (e.g., canceling a monthly subscription after 15 days and requesting a partial refund).

Refunds for lifetime licenses after the 7-day period, unless there is a critical software defect that prevents the software from functioning as described and cannot be resolved by our support team.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to font@fontifypro.com with the following information:

Your full name (as provided during purchase).

Your purchase confirmation number or receipt.

The date of purchase.

A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (this helps us improve our product).
Our support team will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of the decision. If your refund is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (processing time may vary depending on your payment provider).
3. Subscription Cancellations
For monthly and annual subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period—you will not be charged for the next period, but you will not receive a refund for the current period. After cancellation, you will still have access to VisiSub Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
4. Pay-As-You-Go Refunds
For pay-as-you-go processing hours, refunds are only available if you have used less than 10% of the purchased hours and request the refund within 7 days of purchase. Unused hours do not expire, so you can use them at any time—refunds are not available for unused hours after the 7-day period.
5. Critical Defects
If you encounter a critical defect that prevents VisiSub Pro from functioning as described (e.g., inability to detect subtitles, OCR failure, or software crashes), please contact our support team at font@fontifypro.com immediately. We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If we cannot resolve the defect, you may be eligible for a full refund, even if the 7-day period has passed.
